Select Next; Enter your personal information and select Next;
Enter your main contact information and select Next;
Select a login and password for Site Access (the password is not visable to admin of the site,) Select Next; On this screen you will see the donation field, which you do not need to enter unless you are trying to make a donation over the amount of the membership dues. Confirm your payment method, either PayPal or Mailing a Check to CGS then continue with Check Out;
If you are paying by Credit Card with PayPal, you can print out your payment from your account. If your are mailing a check, then print the form and mail to the address on the form with your Check.
We are now issuing all bulletins via email each quarter UNLESS you notifiy us that your want a paper copy.
